about jada

My journey into yoga and therapeutic practices began as part of my own healing. What started as a way to manage stress and feel more grounded grew into a deeper understanding of how gentle movement, breathwork, and mindful awareness support the nervous system and everyday well-being.

Alongside this personal path, I bring an extensive background in corporate leadership. Years spent working in high pressure environments and leading teams gave me firsthand insight into stress, burnout, and the gap that can form between professional demands and personal well being. That experience continues to shape my work, with an emphasis on practicality, clarity, and real life application.

I am an RYT-500 through Yoga Alliance, hold an MBA, and am pending certification with the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT). My approach is grounded in evidence informed practices, ongoing education, and a somatic and trauma-informed framework.

My Approach

I integrate therapeutic yoga, somatic practices, mindfulness, breathwork, and sound supported rest into personalized sessions that meet you where you are. My style is grounded and down to earth, blending understanding of the nervous system with established mind body practices.

Whether you’re seeking stress relief, physical relief, or trauma support, my goal is to create a safe, supportive space where healing feels accessible and genuine.

community service

Making healing accessible is a core value of my work. I believe supportive practices should be available to people from all walks of life, regardless of background or financial circumstances.

Through free and low cost community offerings, I aim to create opportunities for people to connect with others who are navigating similar experiences. These spaces are designed to reduce isolation, encourage shared understanding, and foster a sense of belonging.

I also collaborate with businesses, nonprofits, schools, and community organizations that share a commitment to well being and accessibility. These partnerships help extend therapeutic practices into spaces where people already live, work, and gather, strengthening both individual and collective care.
