Find Your Flow is a full day of intimate, small-group yoga workshops designed to help you explore different yoga styles and discover what truly supports your body, mind, and nervous system.
Each 90-minute session includes a guided sampler of multiple yoga styles, with approximately 10-15 minutes dedicated to each practice, including:
Hatha
Vinyasa
Yin
Restorative
Yoga Nidra
Nada Yoga (sound healing)
With just 3 participants per session, you’ll receive personalized instruction, space to ask questions, and the opportunity to notice how each style feels in your body—without pressure or overwhelm.
Multiple sessions will be offered throughout the day, allowing you to choose a time that fits your schedule.

All participants will also receive one free class with a community partner yoga studio, helping you continue your practice with confidence and connection.
Cost: $50 per 90-minute session
