Join me for a special evening of sound and stillness as part of the Sunset Yoga series at The Gateway.
On Tuesday, May 5, I’ll be guiding the sound bath immediately following a free outdoor yoga class as part of Mental Health Awareness Month. This weekly series is designed to help the community reset, recharge, and reconnect through simple, supportive practices.
We’ll move from gentle yoga into a deeply restorative sound experience, allowing your body and mind to settle as the sun sets around us.
This sound bath will incorporate crystal singing bowls and other instruments to support relaxation, nervous system regulation, and a sense of grounding. It’s an opportunity to pause, breathe, and give yourself space to unwind in a community space.
What to expect:
A free outdoor community yoga class (led by another instructor)
A guided sound bath to close the evening
A relaxed, welcoming environment for all levels
Sunset views and open-air connection

Just bring a mat, a blanket, and anything you need to feel comfortable.
