Learn simple, effective techniques to reduce tension, improve mobility, and support your body’s natural recovery. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll use yoga blocks and therapy balls to apply targeted pressure and release areas of tightness throughout the body.
We’ll focus on practical tools you can use at home to ease common areas of discomfort such as the feet, hips, back, and shoulders. You’ll also learn how to work with your nervous system. Not pushing through pain, but finding the right level of pressure to create lasting change.
This workshop is slow-paced and accessible to all levels. Expect a mix of guided release techniques, gentle movement, and time to notice how your body responds.
