Join us for a gentle and reflective evening of breathwork, guided meditation, and a soothing sound bath designed to support healing and renewal. In this safe and compassionate space, we will honor the emotions that arise, release what no longer serves us, and create space for peace beyond what we once imagined.

No movement is required - just come as you are, ready to receive. Please dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat (if you have one), blanket, and pillow.
