This class begins with guided self-massage and myofascial release using tennis balls and yoga blocks to gently target areas of tightness. You’ll learn simple, practical techniques to support muscle relief, increase body awareness, and continue your practice at home.
You’ll then settle into a restorative sound bath, allowing your body and nervous system to fully relax and integrate the experience.
Leave feeling lighter, more comfortable, and deeply restored, with tools you can use long after class. No experience is necessary. Tennis balls and yoga blocks are provided.
