Let the calming vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, drums, and other sound healing instruments guide you into a meditative state. Whether you’re new to sound baths or a regular participant, this event offers a safe space to unwind and reset.
What to Bring:
• A yoga mat, blanket, or lounge chair
• Pillows, eye mask, or anything else to help you feel supported and cozy
• Layers or a jacket—it may get chilly during stillness
