This gentle, slow-paced class combines yoga, breathwork, and embodied mindfulness to help you reconnect with your body and calm your mind. Through guided movement and sensory awareness, you’ll learn to notice subtle shifts in how you feel—physically, mentally, and emotionally—while releasing built-up tension and finding greater ease.
Each session includes grounding breath practices, restorative or slow-flow postures, and a short guided meditation to integrate stillness and presence. Mindful Movement is suitable for all levels and especially supportive for those seeking stress relief, emotional balance, or a more conscious relationship with their body.
First class is FREE for those who are new to Evolve.
