This 60-minute small-group yoga therapy session is designed to gently support anxiety relief by helping regulate the nervous system, reconnect with the body, and build practical tools you can use beyond the mat.
Unlike a traditional yoga class, yoga therapy is personalized, slow-paced, and responsive. In this session, we’ll explore simple, accessible practices that may include gentle movement, breathwork, guided rest, mindfulness, and optional sound support—always with choice and adaptability.
With a small group setting, you’ll receive individualized attention while still benefiting from shared experience and community. The focus is not on performance or flexibility, but on learning how to work with your body and breath to reduce overwhelm, improve regulation, and cultivate a greater sense of ease.
This class is ideal for anyone who:
Experiences anxiety, chronic stress, or nervous system dysregulation
Feels overwhelmed in faster-paced or large yoga classes
Wants practical tools for calming the mind and body
Is curious how yoga therapy differs from traditional yoga
No prior yoga experience is required. All practices are gentle, supportive, and adaptable.
