Special Collaborative Session at Mind Skin Body in Riverton
This 90-minute small-group yoga therapy session is designed to gently support pelvic floor health by improving awareness, coordination, and functional strength while reducing unnecessary tension through slow, mindful movement and nervous system regulation.
Unlike a traditional yoga class, yoga therapy is personalized, slow-paced, and responsive. In this session, we’ll explore simple, accessible practices that may include gentle movement, breath coordination, functional pelvic floor engagement and relaxation, supported postures, and guided rest.
As part of this special collaboration at Mind Skin Body, participants will also have the opportunity to experience EMShape Muscle Rehab, a non-invasive muscle stimulation technology designed to support pelvic floor strengthening. This portion of the session is educational and experiential, allowing participants to explore how external muscle stimulation may complement mindful movement and breath-based pelvic floor awareness.
With a small-group setting, you’ll receive individualized attention while also benefiting from shared experience and community. The focus is not on isolated strengthening or pushing the body, but on understanding how the pelvic floor works in coordination with breath, posture, and the nervous system to support daily activities such as sitting, standing, lifting, and rest.
This class is ideal for anyone who:
Experiences pelvic tension, weakness, or discomfort
Is navigating postpartum changes, pelvic pain, or core instability
Notices symptoms related to stress, breath-holding, or poor coordination
Feels uncomfortable or overwhelmed in traditional yoga or fitness settings
Wants gentle, practical tools to support pelvic health in daily life
No prior yoga experience is required. All practices are supportive, adaptable, and designed to honor your body’s needs.
