Yoga Therapy for Real Life

Grounded in science. Guided by compassion.

A monthly, 90-minute therapeutic yoga series supporting physical, emotional, and nervous-system well-being through accessible, evidence-based yoga therapy practices. These sessions focus on helping you regulate stress, reconnect with your body, and build practical tools for everyday life.

Each month explores a different real-life theme, allowing you to attend one workshop based on your needs or participate throughout the year for ongoing support. No prior yoga experience is required, and all practices are adaptable and supportive.

January — Nervous System Reset

A gentle reset after the holidays to calm stress, restore balance, and support emotional regulation.

February — Better Sleep & Deeper Rest

Practices that support down-regulation, ease nighttime tension, and help the body truly rest.

March — Stress Relief for Busy

Lives Simple, effective tools to manage daily stress without needing extra time or energy.

April — Breathwork for Everyday Stress

Accessible breathing techniques to regulate emotions, settle the body, and improve focus.

May — Neck & Shoulder Relief

Release tension from stress, screens, and daily demands while restoring ease to the upper body.

June — Low Back Care for Daily Life

Gentle, functional movement to support spinal health and reduce everyday discomfort.

July — Energy Support Without Burnout

Build sustainable energy while honoring rest, boundaries, and nervous-system needs.

August — Listening to Body Signals

Cultivate awareness and trust in the body’s cues before life speeds up again.

September — Posture & Everyday Alignment

Improve posture and movement patterns to reduce strain and support daily activities.

Jada Reyna is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-500) and a yoga therapy student currently working toward certification. All sessions are offered within the scope of training and emphasize safety, choice, and individualized support.
