What to Expect

Before Your First Appointment

When you book your appointment, you'll complete a brief health questionnaire so I can better understand your health history, current concerns, and any important considerations before we meet.

Your First Session

Your first appointment is all about getting to know you. We'll talk about your goals, what you're hoping to gain from our work together, and any challenges you're experiencing. I'll also complete an in-office assessment to better understand your current wellbeing, stress patterns, and any physical limitations or areas that may need to be considered as we create your personalized plan.

Ongoing Sessions

Each session is tailored to your needs and may include a combination of practical education and guided experiences such as mindfulness, breathwork, gentle movement, relaxation practices, sound-supported practices, meditation, or other evidence-informed approaches.

my Approach

Every person is different, and what works well for one person may not be the right fit for another. Rather than following a predetermined program or relying on a single technique, I tailor each session to your unique needs, interests, goals, and circumstances.

As we work together, we'll discover which approaches feel most effective and practical for you. My goal is not only to help you feel better during our time together, but to help you build a personalized toolkit of skills and strategies you can confidently use in everyday life.
