What to Expect

Before Your First Appointment

When you book your appointment, you'll complete a brief health questionnaire so I can better understand your health history, current concerns, and any important considerations before we meet.

Your First Session

Your first appointment is all about getting to know you. We'll talk about your goals, what you're hoping to gain from our work together, and any challenges you're experiencing. We’ll review your overall wellbeing, stress patterns, and any physical limitations or areas that may need to be considered as we create your personalized plan.

Ongoing Sessions

Each session is tailored to your needs and may include a combination of practical education and guided experiences such as mindfulness, breathwork, gentle movement, relaxation practices, sound-supported practices, meditation, or other evidence-informed approaches.
