This series blends gentle yoga, breathwork, meditation, sound healing, education, community practice, and time outdoors to help you build practical tools for stress, overwhelm, and nervous system regulation.
This is not about escaping your life. It is about feeling better in it.
Whether you are feeling stretched thin, craving more balance, or simply wanting a more intentional summer, this series offers space to slow down, reconnect, and practice supportive tools you can actually use in everyday life.

Schedule & Format
The Soul Journey Summer Series is designed as a mix of community practice, outdoor experiences, and intentional connection.
You’ll have multiple opportunities each week to join, while still leaving space for rest and integration.
You are not expected to attend everything. Instead, you’re invited to engage in a way that feels supportive and sustainable for your life.
The variety of session types allows you to experience different ways of practicing, learning, and connecting throughout the summer.
Kickoff Event
June 2 | 6:30 PM
Intro Potluck + Opening Gathering
We’ll begin the series by coming together as a group. This is a chance to connect, set intentions, and ease into the experience in a relaxed, welcoming environment.
Community Practice Sessions (6:30 PM)
These evening sessions are the foundation of the series. Each one will include a blend of gentle yoga, breathwork, meditation, sound healing, and practical education.
