Chair Yoga is a supportive, accessible class designed to help you move, stretch, and breathe with confidence. Using a chair for stability, we explore gentle movements that improve mobility, balance, circulation, and overall comfort in the body.
This class is ideal for those who prefer not to get up and down from the floor, are returning to movement after injury or illness, or simply want a more supported yoga experience. You’ll practice simple stretches, light strengthening, and guided breathing techniques that help calm the nervous system and reduce tension.
No prior yoga experience is needed. Every movement can be adjusted to meet your needs. The focus is on steady progress, safety, and feeling better in your body when you leave than when you arrived.
