We’ll move slowly and gently through beginner-friendly yoga postures, followed by a relaxing guided meditation enhanced with sound healing integration—a soothing blend of instruments and tones to help release stress and anxiety.
This class is perfect for beginners and experienced yogis alike, offering a peaceful space to breathe deeply, reset your nervous system, and cultivate gratitude.
While there’s no entry fee, please bring a bag of non-perishable food to donate to the Utah Food Bank. Together, we can move for mindfulness and give back to our community.
