Join us for an evening of deep relaxation and renewal at a private HOA clubhouse in Lehi. While the space is private, this event is open to the public - all are welcome! You’ll be guided into deep rest through the calming vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and other healing instruments. This immersive sound bath is designed to reduce stress, quiet the mind, and restore balance in both body and spirit.

No experience is needed — simply bring yourself, a yoga mat or blanket to lie on, and anything that helps you feel cozy (pillows, eye cover, or water).
