Join us at the beautiful Jordan River Peace Labyrinth for a mindful afternoon of walking meditation and vibrational healing. We’ll begin with a short introduction on how to use the labyrinth as a tool for meditation, self-reflection, and grounding.
After your walk, you’re invited to deepen your experience with a 5-minute tuning fork session. Weighted tuning forks will be gently placed on the body while you rest in a supportive zero-gravity chair, allowing the vibrations to release tension and restore balance.
Sessions are offered for a $5 donation and can be enjoyed before or after your labyrinth walk (or both!).
Come as you are, take a mindful pause, and reconnect with yourself in this peaceful outdoor space.
