Join us for a relaxing parent's night out! Adults will enjoy a restorative yoga class followed by a sound bath hosted by Shauna Flash Yoga while Jada with Soul Journey provides an educational and fun sound healing class with a mini-sound bath for the kids! You do not need a partner or kids to attend - single parents and those without kids are more than welcome! However, kids cannot attend without an adult.
