In honor of World Cancer Day, join us for a free sound bath offered as a gift of healing and support to all cancer patients and survivors. This free event is designed to help you find calm, balance, and comfort through the soothing power of sound.

A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants are immersed in the gentle vibrations of instruments like crystal singing bowls, chimes, and gongs. These sounds are intended to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and create a healing environment for the mind, body, and soul.

This restorative session is open to all cancer patients and survivors along with a guest of their choice.

Please bring a yoga mat or blanket to lay on, a pillow, and a blanket to cover yourself. If laying on the floor would be uncomfortable, a zero-gravity chair is a great alternative!
