Start your morning grounded, connected, and restored with Yoga in the Park—a gentle, all-levels stretch and flow designed to support your body, mind, and spirit. We’ll gather at 8:00 AM by the fountain in the center of the park, then walk to an open space to begin class by 8:15.
Each session weaves together slow, mindful movement with elements of sound healing and guided meditation, helping you release stress and restore balance in a beautiful outdoor setting. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this class is for everyone.
This class will be offered the third Friday of each month July through October.
Bring a yoga mat, water, and anything else you need to feel comfortable outside.
