In honor of Domestic Violence Awareness Month, Healing Hearts invites women to come together in a gentle, nurturing space where movement, breath, and sound create pathways toward peace and renewal. You don’t need any yoga experience—just an open heart and the courage to show up.
This trauma-sensitive class blends slow, mindful yoga with the soothing vibrations of sound healing instruments like crystal bowls and chimes. Together, these practices help calm the nervous system, release tension stored in the body, and restore a sense of safety and connection within.
You’ll be guided with compassion every step of the way, honoring your own pace and comfort. Bring a yoga mat and some water, and come as you are. This class is for women only and was created from a place of deep care and personal connection to the healing journey after my own journey.
